Cedric Chehab is the Managing Director of Global Country Risk at BMI where he helps ensure the coherence of global macro and country risk strategy. Currently based in Singapore, Cedric previously served as Head of Asia Research, where he was responsible for all Asia-based country risk analysis and industry research. Before that he was Head of Americas Research, based in New York. From 2008 to 2010, Cedric worked in London as Head of Commodities Research and Strategy. He has also worked in management consulting at Accenture. Cedric holds an MSc in Economic History from the London School of Economics and a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Essex.

Sabrin leads BMI’s Commodities Analysis, driving price forecasting and thought leadership across the energy, industrial and precious metals, soft commodities and grains subclasses. Incorporating fundamental, technical, macro and financial analysis of markets in BMI’s commodity strategy, Sabrin manages a team that covers 24 commodities.
Sabrin joined Fitch Solutions in 2015 and regularly engages with clients hailing from banks, asset management firms, consultancies, government agencies and corporations.
Sabrin previously worked at ING Bank and holds a Master’s Degree with distinction in Financial Forecasting and Investment from the University of Glasgow. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore.
Sandra became Co-Head of Asia-Pacific Research in 2021 and is responsible for guiding the region’s research output, with a focus on corporate credit issuers and thematic research. She has over 18 years of experience in credit research and has analysed high yield, distressed and investment grade credits across a variety of sectors in Asia, Europe and North America.
Sandra joined CreditSights in 2011 and served as Head of Asia-Pacific from 2017-2020, guiding the firm’s Asian business and regional strategy. She stepped down from the role in 2020 to spend more time with her family. Prior to joining CreditSights, Sandra was a director in Barclays Capital’s Asian credit research team, covering North Asian corporates. She has also worked in Singapore as a high yield analyst at Credit Suisse and a high yield and distressed debt analyst at UBS Principal Finance. Sandra began her career at JPMorgan in London, working in the European real estate M&A division and later in the bank’s European credit research team.
Sandra graduated from the University of Cambridge with an MA in Italian and French. She is a native Cantonese speaker and holds a diploma in modern Chinese from the School of Oriental and African Studies in London. She is a CFA Charterholder.
Adam joined CreditSights in 2018 and leads a team of sales professionals responsible for new and organic growth throughout Asia Pacific, including Japan, Greater China and ANZ.
Currently based in Singapore, he has over 20 years’ experience in sales and market development covering North America and & Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining CreditSights, Adam was Director, Sales of Enterprise Risk Solutions at Moody’s Analytics. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Business from Furman University in South Carolina, United States
Pramod Shenoi joined CreditSights in December 2019 to Head Asia Pacific research for Financial Institutions. He is currently the Co-Head of Research for Asia Pacific, as well as the President of CreditSights Singapore LLC.
Prior to joining CreditSights, Pramod spent 17 years in Debt Capital Markets covering Financial Institutions clients in Asia and Europe, with Lehman Brothers, Nomura, Standard Chartered and Mizuho.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from St.Stephen’s College, University of Delhi, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
Zerlina is a senior analyst with the Asia Pacific corporate team of CreditSights. Her current research coverage focuses on China macro, Chinese local government financing vehicles (LGFVs), China tech and China Industrials.
Prior to joining CreditSights, Zerlina headed IHS Markit’s credit risk assessment product in Asia Pacific, including research coverage and business development. She has also worked as a senior analyst with S&P Ratings in Hong Kong, covering local & regional governments, Chinese SOEs and the property sector. Zerlina began her career at Goldman Sachs in New York, working in the fixed income, commodity & currency division.
Zerlina graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Finance and the University of Hong Kong with an MA in Economics. She is a CFA Charterholder.
Andreas Karaiskos is the CEO of Fitch Learning. Appointed in July 2014, he is responsible for the company’s strategic direction, commercial and product activities. With more than 20 years’ experience in leadership positions Mr Karaiskos has developed and managed numerous teams and businesses focused on delivering high quality education and services to the financial services industry.
Prior to his current CEO role, Mr Karaiskos served as Fitch Learnings Managing Director, for Asia-Pacific and was based in the UAE where he was responsible for founding the firm’s Middle East and Africa business, overseeing all commercial and product areas to drive the expansion of the business across both these regions.
Previously, Mr Karaiskos worked at HSBC and Barclays, where he held a number of leadership positions focused on strategic development across Wealth Management, Corporate Investment Banking and Global Markets.
Mr Karaiskos is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA) and founding member of the UAE's ACCA Advisory Committee.
Janice Chong is the Group Credit Officer for Asia-Pacific Corporates at Fitch Ratings, based in Singapore. Prior to taking up this role in November 2021, she was a senior director with the Corporate ratings group, where she covered the telecommunications, media and technology sector in APAC and led the telecom research for the region.
Joining Fitch in 2014, Janice has extensive analytical research experience in credit and equity analysis. She was a senior equity analyst with S&P Capital IQ Research covering Asia and Australian telecommunications sectors, and a credit analyst at Rating Agency Malaysia. She was also an industry analyst at Frost & Sullivan, where she spearheaded the telecommunications research for the APAC region.
Janice holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting & Finance at the University of Technology, Sydney. She is also a CPA member of CPA Australia.
Tania Gold joined Fitch Ratings in August 2019 based in Singapore and is
a Senior Director and Head of Fitch’s South and South-East Asia Banks
Ratings.
Before joining Fitch, Tania spent over four years at Standard Chartered
Bank in Singapore, where she headed up APAC Group Country Risk and
worked in the External Performance Analytics Team as Head of
Competitor Analytics. Prior to her relocation to Asia, Tania was based in
London where she spent close to 10 years in equity research covering a
wide variety of European banks. She began her career as a Chartered
Accountant at KPMG.
Tania holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of
Birmingham.
Sajal Kishore is a Managing Director at Fitch Ratings in Singapore.
Sajal heads Fitch’s Infrastructure & Project Finance ratings coverage
across the Asia-Pacific. Sajal’s team is responsible for credit ratings for
issuers including owners of airports, toll roads, ports, rail infrastructure,
power plants, oil and gas facilities, renewable assets or Public Private
Partnership.
Sajal joined Fitch in Sydney in 2007 and was previously the Head of
Energy & Utility ratings for South & South-East Asia. Prior to joining Fitch,
Sajal has worked in relationship management and credit roles with
various commercial banks including the ANZ Banking Group in Sydney,
HSBC in India and others. Sajal has 20 years’ experience covering ratings,
research and advising and managing corporate customers across a
diverse range of industries and sectors.
Sajal holds a MBA from Melbourne Business School and a MA in
Economics from Delhi School of Economics.
Dan Martin is the Regional Credit Officer for Asia-Pacific in the Credit Policy Group. He focuses on the largest credit risks in Fitch’s rated portfolio for financial institution across the region and sovereigns globally. He was previously a member of the Fitch Wire team, which publishes timely and opinionated credit market research and commentary on significant topics of interest to bond investors.
Before joining Fitch, Dan worked as a macroeconomist, including at Capital Economics and the Economist Intelligence Unit. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
Ng Sing Chan is a Managing Director at Fitch Ratings in Singapore where he is Head of Asia-Pacific (APAC) Business Origination and Country Head of Singapore.
Sing Chan oversees the development of Fitch's rapidly growing international ratings business in the APAC region, including China, India, Japan and Australia. Until his appointment, Mr. Ng was responsible for growing and promoting the agency's business and relationships with financial institutions and sovereign issuers in the APAC region.
Prior to joining Fitch in 2005, Mr. Ng was the head of sales for ASEAN and the Indian sub-continent at Standard & Poor's for products such as indexes, fundamental data and equity research. He also held overseas positions in Thailand as the country manager for Bridge Information Systems, a real-time market data vendor, as well as the country sales manager in Vietnam for Dow Jones Markets.
He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the National University of Singapore.
Buddhika Piyasena is a regional managing director of Fitch Ratings and is
responsible for Fitch's corporate ratings activities in the Asia-Pacific
region. His group rates issuers across all corporate sectors – industrials,
telecom media and technology, energy and utilities, real estate, retail
leisure and consumer products, shipping and transportation, on both
international and national rating scales. Prior to taking up his current role
as Head of the Corporate Ratings Group for Asia-Pacific, Buddhika was
head of Fitch’s Asia-Pacific Energy & Utilities ratings from 2011 to 2017,
and a Director of Fitch’s Asia Industrials ratings team from 2004.
Prior to joining Fitch, Buddhika was a senior manager of the Transaction
Advisory Services (TAS) division of Ernst & Young, Colombo.
Buddhika is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), a Fellow member of the
Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and an Associate
member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK).
Muralidharan Ramakrishnan is Head of South & South-East Asia Energy and Utilities (E&U) team at Fitch Ratings based in Singapore.
The E&U team is responsible for credit ratings for oil and gas, power and water
utilities, major integrated energy companies as well as thermal coal
producers/contractors in the region.
Murali joined Fitch’s Asia-Pacific corporates group in June 2010 and was based in Mumbai until 2015 covering diversified industrials including metals & mining, natural resources, capital goods, automobile and chemicals.
Prior to joining Fitch, Murali was a senior consultant in a risk consulting firm. He was also with Crisil Ltd for three years, where he was part of the company’s Rating Centre of Excellence (Criteria and Product Development) initially and Corporate Ratings subsequently.
Murali graduated with Bachelors degree in Mathematics from Loyola College,
University of Madras and is a Chartered Accountant.
Aurelia works as a Senior Director in the ESG Research team for Sustainable Fitch, and is based in Singapore. She heads up the climate research team, focusing on climate and transition risks for investors, corporates and financial institutions.
Prior to this role, Aurelia led Fitch Solutions Industry Research’ commodities fundamental analysis and price strategy, covering Mining & Metals and Agribusiness. Aurelia joined Fitch in 2012. She has also worked in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and France, carrying out macroeconomic research and strategic analysis for the French Ministry of Economy and Finance, Bretagne International, and for the Beijing-based sustainability consultancy SynTao.
Aurelia holds a Master’s Degree in International Economics and Political Sciences from Sciences Po Bordeaux, France.
Candice Tan is a Senior Analyst of ESG Ratings at Sustainable Fitch. She conducts research and provides assessments of the Environmental, Social and Governance qualities of financial instruments, Green, Social and Sustainability (GSS) frameworks and entities; with a focus on the transport and energy sectors.
Candice has experience in the aviation industry prior to joining Fitch. Her experience includes Corporate Finance and Treasury related work covering risk management, structured financing and financial capital raising. She holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) degree, with a specialisation in Economics, at the National University of Singapore. She is also a CFA Charterholder.
